SPA and Thermal Pools
Each room is provided with a white robe at your disposal. You can come with it, bathing suit or underwear. As for body treatments, we provide you with disposable underwear.
• Privacy: Our professionals will treat you with the utmost respect and professionalism. Your intimate areas are covered at all times. We offer disposable underwear for hygienic and comfort purposes. In general, bathing suit or underwear comes in handy for the enjoyment of your Thermal SPA treatment.
• Hygiene: In order to better embrace the effects of your treatment a prior shower is advisable. Our male guests are advised to shave before their facial treatment. Beware of small injuries combined with exfoliations or salt treatments.
• Sun Baths: Some essential oils increase the sensitivity of your skin to ultraviolet radiation. Please advise if you want to sunbathe after the treatment in order to make an individualized modification of your treatment.
• Meals and drinks: Massages and baths are not recommended immediately alter eating or drinking alcohol. We recommend adequate hydration, especially if you will spend long hours in the sauna, pools or hydro massages at high temperatures. The Thermal SPA is a non-smoking area. There is a smoking area outside the Pool-Bar, next to the pool.
• Mobile Phones: The SPA is a relaxing and quiet area. In order to avoid disturbances and inconveniences, the use of mobile phones is restricted.
• Children: Welcome! They can also enjoy some treatments if authorized by their parents. Parental supervision is allowed during the treatment. The minimum age for using the gym is 16.
