1.- Is the All Inclusive really ALL Inclusive?
All Inclusive includes: all meals and beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, it has 2 specialty restaurants - Italian and Fusion French - Chilean and a buffet restaurant, a pool bar, a TV lounge, Bar lounge and a Piano Bar, three in-outdoor thermal pools, sauna, tennis, horse-riding, nautical sports in the lake, a kids club and several other activities such as wine tasting, concerts, excursions and a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities, in addition to cultural and sport activities, ALL INCLUDED in the price. In addition to the above, there is a renewed SPA with over 40 treatments - both relaxing and beauty wise - and a gym. The Hotel is located amid the breathtaking Puyehue National Park, less than 2 hours from Bariloche by car. Children under 3 year are free of charge; special rate for children from 3 to 11 years of age. The value also includes regular transfers from and to Osorno Airport. Restrictions: Restaurants and bars have fixed schedules. The activities and equipments are limited; their use subject to weather and changes or cancellations without prior notice. SPA treatments and massages are not included.
2.- How do I get to Puyehue?
Termas Puyehue Wellness & SPA Resort is 45 minutes from Osorno airport by land and 2 ½ hours from Bariloche in Argentina.
3.- Do foreigners pay VAT?
Foreigners are exempted from paying VAT 19%. A valid passport with an entrance date stamp to Chile of less than 45 days is required. Billing is in US dollars.
4.- May I visit the hotel without lodging and use the pools?
YES, there is a modality called Day Pass which entitles to enjoy all the All Inclusive services except lodging. Request our rates and conditions at reservas@hotelpuyehue.cl
5.- Is Termas Puyehue Wellness & SPA Resort the first All Inclusive Resort in Chile? Since when?
>Yes, we are the first 5 star All Inclusive resort in Chile since 1 December 2007.
6.- How many pools are there in the hotel? Is the water really thermal?
We have 3 thermal water in-outdoor pools including an activities area.
7.- Are there any low season offers?

8.- Is the hotel located in the Puyehue National Park?
No, the hotel is located 3 km from Puyehue National Park, which is part of the Biosphere National Reserve.
9.- What type of lodging does the hotel offer for families with children?
We offer apartments with accommodation for up to 8 persons.
10.- Is the hotel provided with meetings rooms ?
Yes, we have large meeting rooms with capacity for up to 700 attendants, available for congresses, events, weddings, dinners and meetings.
