Only 76 kilometers from the city of Osorno, is the beautiful Puyehue Cottage. This large building is immersed within a beautiful landscape that offers visitors unforgettable memories. With a privileged view of Lake Puyehue, and surrounded by astonishing spots. The 2 floors house building, offers its visitors, 6 guest rooms - 3 bathrooms - 1 bedroom with in-suite bathroom, 1 Service room with private bathroom – Living Room with Fireplace - Dining Room - Fully equipped Slow Combustion Kitchen –and laundry. It´s ready to accommodate a maximum of 15 people with all the necessary equipment for a quiet holiday. Besides, the Casa Puyehue offers access to its private beach at Km 73 where you will find our exclusive Refugio del Lago (Lake Shelter). On the other hand, you will have the possibility to combine your stay in the Termas Puyehue Wellness & Spa Resort, using our Day Pass. This will allow you to use the facilities of All Inclusive Hotel and activities, including dining, swimming pools, sports, etc.. from 10:00 AM to 18:00 PM.

Renting Season:

High Season: January 1 to February 28, Good Friday, July and Chilean National Holliday.

Low Season: March 1 to December 23 except for high season dates.

Water sports available at Refugio del Lago (Lake Shelter):

In the private beach of Refugio del Lago you can practice Windsurf, Sailing, Kayak and / or water bike. All these Summer Services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

Activities at Hotel Termas Puyehue (Available when buying your Day Pass):

During your stay in the Puyehue Vacation Home, you can have exclusive access to Hotel Puyehue´s All Inclusive services when buying your Day Pass. This will give you the right to use the services and activities offered at the hotel such as restaurants and bars, thermal pools, gym, sauna, bicycles, horseback riding, hiking, tennis, tours, library, TV lounge and Tea, among other options.

2010 RATES

* Prices in Chilean Pesos, including VAT

* Children under 3 years free Day Pass. Children between 3 and 11 years pay child rate. Older than 12 years are considered adults.

* Rates do not include service of linen and towels. Extra cost package which includes sheets, pillows, bath towel and body towel.

* Included room service at arrival and departure of passengers. If renting for more than a week cleaning will take place on day 7.

Payment Method:

Your reservation will be confirmed with a 50% deposit of the total cost of stay. The remaining 50% must be paid 1 month before arrival.
