THE HOTEL / The hotel has an area of 40,000 m2 built in 4,200 hectares with lush forests. It has 107 lodging units distributed in rooms, suites and apartments that can host up to seven adults. The resort is divided in three 3-story blocks, each provided with its own elevator. In addition, it has seven Meeting Rooms with capacity for 700 people.

WHEREABOUTS / Termas Puyehue Wellness & SPA Resort is located in the south of Chile at one hour flight from Santiago, and 45 minutes from Osorno Airport by car. The hotel is located in LOS LAGOS REGION and is part of the unspoiled Puyehue National Park, nature sanctuary with an area of 107,000 hectares. The original hotel was built in 1908 next to a thermal water source located in Los Andes Mountains, 17 km from Cardenal Samoré borderline complex and 176 km from Bariloche, Argentina.
OPERATING METHOD / Termas Puyehue Wellness & SPA Resort is a five-star all inclusive hotel complex. The package offers: lodging, buffet meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) or a la carte meals (dinner), room service, mid-afternoon meals, snacks, a selection of national and imported beverages, day and night, outdoor and indoor recreational activities, water and land sports with equipment and general instruction, 3 in-outdoor thermal pools with Jacuzzi, all included in one price; ideal for families, couples, single people, conventions, congresses and incentives.

Drinks service: We welcome our guests with soft drinks in the mini-bar of every room (non refillable), daily tea and coffee service with refreshments. We do not serve alcoholic drinks to minors. All drinks in Bars and Restaurants are served per cup/glass. The variety is a selection of national and imported drinks (premium brands not included), subject to bars and restaurants opening hours.
SPA: Includes sauna service.
SPA: In a natural and warm environment with thermal waters, in combination with massages and alternative therapies such us aromatherapy capsule, Vichy thermal shower, thalassotherapy, mud, seaweeds, sulphur, herbs, milk and honey baths, among other options.
